Immediate opening for a Central Operations Manager in Riverside, CA who possesses:

• 10+ years of banking operations experience with broad back-office exposure (wires, ACH, debit card, disputes, legal processes, cash vault, non-posted items, GL balancing)
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong communication skills with a deep understanding of standard back-office procedures and the ability to source answers when needed
• Preferred certifications and software experience: AAP and NCP designations, Fiserv Premier, Payments Exchange, Fiserv WireXchange, and FedLine Advantage

FULL DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the bank’s back office and all end-of-day processing
• Overseeing wire operations, end-of-day cash letters, cash vaults, and non-posted items
• Managing disputes, ACH, debit card, and legal processes, plus the department’s monthly and annual duties
• Approving the team’s work, keeping SOPs accurate and updated, and improving team processes
• Releasing payments above the approval threshold and working with the fraud analyst as releaser on fraud-flagged wires
• Managing escheatment, OFAC/Travel Rule wire compliance, GL certification, audits and remediation, year-end coordination, and monthly/quarterly metrics reporting

The selected candidate will also possess:

• 10+ years of banking operations experience with broad back-office exposure
• 5+ years of proven managerial/leadership experience within banking operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and deep operational knowledge
• AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) or NCP (National Check Professional) designations (preferred)

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000/year + 10% annual bonus
