What You’ll Do
As a Pool Repair Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving repair revenue by managing and converting repair leads and opportunities into completed sales. You will engage with prospective and existing customers, prepare and follow up on repair quotes, build trust, address customer questions, and help move opportunities through the sales process.

- Quote Preparation & Follow-Up: Prepare, present, and follow up on accurate and competitive repair quotes, factoring in labor, materials, and scope of work.
- Customer Engagement: Engage prospective and existing customers to understand repair needs, recommend appropriate solutions, answer questions, and build trust throughout the sales process.
- Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to increase quote conversion and drive repair revenue through consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
- Pipeline Management: Track and maintain repair leads, quotes, and follow-up activity to ensure opportunities are actively managed and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive, clear, and empathetic communication throughout the sales and repair process.
- Repair Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule approved repair appointments to support timely completion and efficient use of resources.
- Internal Communication: Partner with the Repair Manager and repair team to ensure clear communication regarding sold work, schedules, priorities, and updates.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate documentation and data related to leads, quotes, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Warranty Work Coordination: Manage warranty repairs from scheduling through completion, coordinating parts, documentation, and communication.
