We are urgently hiring entry-level Production Line Assemblers for our client, a premier health, wellness, and personal care manufacturing facility in Carrollton, TX. Pay is $16.00/hour, 1st and 2nd shifts available, full-time and temp-to-hire.

What you’ll do

• Assembly & Packaging: Assemble, fill, cap, and package health, wellness, and cosmetic products (creams, energy gels, liquid nutrition).
• Line Operations: Perform repetitive assembly line tasks, rotating through production steps as assigned.
• Quality Inspection: Inspect products, packaging, and connections for proper fit, quality, and accuracy.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow strict cGMP hygiene, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Troubleshooting: Resolve minor line errors, address basic issues, or promptly report machinery malfunctions to supervisors.
• Documentation: Maintain a clean workspace and complete basic quality control forms and inventory reports.

What you need

• High attention to detail, punctual attendance, and a strong safety mindset
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform continuous hand movements, and repeatedly lift 10 to 50 lbs
• Basic English reading and verbal comprehension
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced cGMP environment with moving mechanical parts and moderate noise

Nice to have:

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills (strongly preferred)
