Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177

Pay Rate: $19.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on position
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. Candidates must operate equipment safely, handle inventory accurately, and maintain a strong focus on workplace safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, pick, put away, load, and unload inventory.
• Scan pallets and locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Follow warehouse procedures for shipping, receiving, food safety, and product handling.
• Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Relevant forklift operating experience; stand-up reach operators need 5 years of experience.
• Prior certification required for sit-down forklift operators.
• Experience with scanning and inventory handling.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must pass agency background checks and drug screening.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English with supervisors and coworkers.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and operate equipment safely.
• Ability to work in a warehouse with noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving machinery.
• Ability to read labels, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
