Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing)

As the Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing) with Cascades of Grants Pass - The Pointe, you’re the first impression for prospective residents and their families. Your role is to effectively market and convey what makes Cascade Living different from other communities not only to seniors, but also by building a network of contacts both within healthcare and outside the senior living industry.

What we look for in a Community Relations Director:

• 2+ years of sales and marketing experience ideally in senior living or hospitality

• Proven sales record with the ability to meet occupancy, sales, and/or move-in goals.

• Experience generating leads through outreach, networking, advertising, and community marketing efforts.

• Strong telephone sales skills with the ability to convert inquiries into scheduled tours and move-ins.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with professional referral sources and community partners.

• Experience conducting community tours and presenting features, benefits, and services to prospective residents and families.

• Knowledge of consultative sales techniques, closing strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

• Ability to assess prospective residents' needs and coordinate move-in planning and admissions processes.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience tracking leads, maintaining accurate records, and preparing sales and marketing reports.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/lead management software.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for outreach and networking activities.

What you can expect to do as a Community Relations Director:

• Utilize the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets

• Achieve the necessary number of leads by following up on all inquiries and staying in constant contact with warm leads

• Conduct tours for prospects while on-site at the community

• Develop relationships and create professional referrals with a variety of contacts including social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.

• Organizes targeted special events on a monthly basis

• Conducts extensive competitor analysis and tours competitor communities regularly

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$30.00 - $33.00/hour + amazing commission potential

• Full Time

• Rotating weekend shifts throughout the months

• Weekend Availability Required
