CSR/ SA

 Bilingual Costumer Service Rep/Station Attendant responsible for ensuring that all clients/passengers are given the information they need in a professional and effective manner.  This position plays a fundamental role in the quality of service that is provided to our clients/passengers.  CSR/SA are responsible for answering general phone lines, providing answers for general inquiries, and handling customer complaints.  CSR/SA will also perform Station Attendant duties. 

• Provides exceptional customer service experience and solutions.
• Properly registers and places luggage in luggage compartment as well as retrieves it for passengers.
• Assured luggage follows company policies and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of terminal (i.e., sweeping, mopping, removal and disposal of garbage, cleaning windows, parking lot, bathrooms, etc.) and stocking necessary supplies
• In some locations this position is responsible for assisting with the cleaning of company vehicles.
• Maintain washing bay clean and organize cleaning material
• In some locations this position will properly dump wastewater from Motor Coach
• Assist with cleanliness of Driver dorms (certain locations)
• Responds to client inquiries (i.e., destinations served, pricing, departure/arrival times, directions to terminal, complaints) all the while providing outstanding customer service.
• Operates cash register and/or credit card equipment.
• Sells and processes ticket orders via telephone, internet, and over the counter.
• Maintains a professional working relationship with partnering retail agencies.
• Greeting visitors while following procedures in notifying employees or departments the visitor/vendor is requesting to see.
• Completes with company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal laws.
• Responsible for properly using PPE and any other safety gear.
• In some terminals CSR/SA will be trained to fuel buses.
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 years of job-related experience.
• Utilizes good judgment for conflict resolution.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills such as navigating operating systems and typing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
