XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter!
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support on-site hiring operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay Rate: $20.00+/hour DOE
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Must be flexible to work 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM as needed. Advance notice will be provided for any schedule adjustments.
Location: Wilmer, TX (On-site at a warehouse facility with office setting)
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and create/edit job descriptions
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for high-volume and professional roles
- Conduct candidate screenings, phone interviews, and behavioral interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to attract qualified candidates
Qualifications:
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a staffing agency (light industrial preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication, phone, and basic computer skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates
- Flexibility to accommodate schedule adjustments when needed
