Certified Nurse Assistant

Location: Viroqua, WI (Several other surrounding areas as well)

The Certified Nurse Assistant will provide compassionate, hands-on support under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. This role assists patients with core activities of daily living, promotes safety and comfort, and maintains accurate electronic and paper records.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and other daily activities.
• Provide meal assistance and help meet patients’ daily care needs.
• Conduct routine safety checks.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records and paper records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in nursing assistance.
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.
• State Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Patient care and patient documentation experience.
• Strong communication skills.
