Field Medical Assistant – In-Home Visits - 4 needed

360X Staffing is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support providers during in-home patient visits in New Jersey. You’ll help patients communicate with their care team, perform clinical tasks, and keep visits organized.

Bilingual Spanish/English is required 6 needed. All certified Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply, regardless of bilingual ability.

Responsibilities:

• Support providers before, during, and after patient visits.
• Collect patient information, take vitals, and answer questions within your scope.
• Assist with Spanish/English communication if bilingual.
• Perform phlebotomy and other medical tasks as directed.
• Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and document accurately in electronic health records.
• Maintain medical supplies and prepare for visits.
• Contact patients to schedule visits and support engagement.
• Travel to patient homes independently or with the provider.

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
• At least one year of healthcare experience; home-based care experience is a plus.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using electronic medical records.
• Ability to climb three flights of stairs and carry up to 40 pounds.
