Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Blue Water Area
Location: Port Huron, MI – Blue Water Area
Pay Rate: $15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Qualified Staffing is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a well-established company in the Blue Water Area!
What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, complaints, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and online chat.
• Process customer payments, product orders, and service work orders accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist prospective customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolutions.
• Handle sensitive customer and payment information professionally and confidentially.
• Work closely with team members to resolve customer concerns and provide excellent service.
• Maintain a positive, patient, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Arrive prepared and ready to assist customers at the beginning of each workday.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Comfortable handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn company products and services.
