An established firm with over 11 years in practice is seeking a Staff Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team in New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, or Newport Beach, CA, with the option to work fully remote. This role offers hands-on work in complex commercial litigation and discovery and e-discovery, with the chance to lead workstreams alongside a nationally recognized, trial-focused team on high-stakes matters.

Offer:

Salary range: $385,000-$455,000+, contingent on experience
Option to work fully remote

Qualifications:

5+ years of applicable litigation experience with substantial discovery and e-discovery experience
Active bar admission in California or New York, which is required for both in-office and remote work
Ability to manage teams and workstreams independently
Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Responsibilities:

Manage discovery workstreams from document collection through production in complex commercial litigation matters
Oversee e-discovery processes, including preservation, review protocols, and privilege review
Lead and supervise teams of reviewers and contract attorneys on assigned matters
Draft discovery requests, responses, objections, and meet and confer correspondence
Prepare and argue discovery-related motions and positions
Coordinate closely with partners and associates to support case strategy and trial preparation
