• Welding brackets and supporting dowel welding and weld rework as needed
• Following standard manufacturing instructions and completing setup/validation checks
• Performing daily quality checks, shift preparation, and 5S cleanup tasks
• Recording quality issues and rework in Excel
• Communicating effectively with team members, leadership, Quality, and Engineering
• Working scheduled overtime and adapting to production needs

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (must have)
• Possess at least 1 year of manufacturing experience and 1 year of training or mentoring experience (must have)
• Hold weld certification and in-house Plate Test certification (must have)
• Are able to read and follow manufacturing instructions and communicate effectively with others
• Can safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform all work according to standard operating procedures
• Are safety-focused and committed to maintaining a clean and secure work environment
