Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives
• Team Leadership, including mentoring and staff capability development
• Effective coordination and communication with multi-disciplinary design teams, systems engineering teams, project management organizations, and internal and external customers
• Technical leadership and oversight of control system integration and test and development equipment
• Ownership and leading field issue troubleshooting and support
