Welder

Minutemen Staffing is seeking a dependable and skilled MIG Welder to join our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding, metal fabrication, and equipment repair. We are looking for a safety-conscious individual who takes pride in producing quality work and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
• Repair, fabricate, and maintain metal parts and equipment as needed.
• Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and specifications.
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Work with team members to meet production goals.

• Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to produce consistent, quality welds.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
