Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a general contractor to identify an experienced Construction Scheduler to support project planning and execution in the Phoenix market.

This opportunity is ideal for a scheduling professional who understands field sequencing, can identify schedule risk and turns project updates into useful decisions for construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated critical path method schedules with project teams.
• Incorporate design, permitting, procurement, construction, testing and turnover milestones.
• Validate activity logic, durations, calendars and subcontractor commitments.
• Collect field progress updates and evaluate critical paths, float and milestone variance.
• Integrate pull planning and Last Planner practices; coach project teams on scheduling tools.
• Evaluate change impacts and develop resource or cost-loaded schedules and recovery options.
• Prepare schedule narratives and reporting that clearly explain progress and emerging risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience and expertise in Primavera P6.
• Experience on construction projects exceeding $25M.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a related field.
• Strong field sequencing knowledge; GC or construction management field experience preferred.
• Ability to teach scheduling concepts, present findings and support technology adoption.
• Ability to work in Phoenix and visit project sites; additional travel requirements to be confirmed.
