Industrial Electrician Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical control systems and equipment.

• Diagnose and repair PLCs, inverters, variable frequency drives (VFDs), motor controls, and industrial electronics.

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical and control system malfunctions.

• Assemble, wire, install, and test electrical and electronic components.

• Assist with control system modifications, equipment upgrades, and printed circuit board (PCB) troubleshooting and repair.

• Inspect equipment, identify electrical issues, and recommend corrective actions.

• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.

• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure efficient operations.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, inverters, drives, and industrial electronics.

• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical control systems.

• Experience with pneumatics, plumbing, and chillers is a plus.

• Must have the tools required to perform the job.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
