Job Summary

A Production Worker is responsible for transforming raw materials into finished goods safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. This role involves hands-on operational support in factories, plants, or warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Feed raw materials, run machinery or conveyor belts, and monitor equipment efficiency.

• Assembly & Processing: Assemble goods and components manually or using hand and power tools.
• 
  
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for defects, test items, and report machinery faults to supervisors.
• 
  
• Packaging & Logistics: Package, label, and organize finished goods for warehouse storage or shipment.
• 
  
• Maintenance & Safety: Follow OSHA and workplace safety guidelines, wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and keep the work area clean.
