Wellness Director-LVN

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced healthcare professional to lead wellness-focused programming and support resident or client care through a collaborative, service-oriented approach. In this role, you will help oversee daily wellness operations, support clinical coordination, and contribute to a positive, safe, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate wellness services in alignment with organizational standards and care goals.
• Support assessment, documentation, and care planning processes as appropriate to the setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to help ensure timely communication and continuity of care.
• Monitor daily operations and help maintain a high standard of resident or client experience.
• Assist with staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and ongoing support for wellness-related activities.
• Promote a respectful, welcoming, and person-centered environment.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Current and active LVN licensure in good standing.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, wellness, senior living, or a similar setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with team members, residents, clients, and families.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality care, service excellence, and teamwork.
• Working knowledge of care documentation and basic clinical processes.

Preferred Attributes

• Leadership experience in a wellness, assisted living, long-term care, or clinical environment.
• Experience supporting staff development, coaching, or operational coordination.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
