Position Details

• Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Location: Lakefield, MN

• Contract Length: 15 Weeks

• Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week

• Shift: Days or Evening Shift

• Estimated Gross Pay: $1,256 per Week

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition

• Take and document vital signs

• Provide compassionate care and emotional support

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• Active CNA certification

• Current BLS certification (if required by facility)

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
