Position Details

• Position: Resident Assistant
• Location: Dove Healthcare-510 1st Street, Spooner, WI
• Employment Status: Full-Time and Part-Time
• Shift: Every other weekend AM shifts and weekday PM shifts

What You'll Do

As a resident assistant (caregiver) in our assisted living facility, you'll play an important role in tending to the daily needs of our residents.

• Assist residents with personal cares, medication administration, meals, activities, housekeeping, and general supervision
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment

What We're Looking For

• No previous healthcare experience? No problem! Our paid training program will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to succeed
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Certified nursing assistants (CNA) and non-licensed caregivers are encouraged to apply as well. CNAs are paid at a CNA wage.
