Apprentice - Electrical

Job Summary:
Climate Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable Electrical Helper to support our electrical technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist electrical technicians with the installation of electrical systems and components.
• Load and unload electrical materials and equipment at job sites.
• Prepare and clean work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for electrical work.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe worksite.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure quality service.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing minor repairs under supervision.
• Maintain and organize inventory of parts and equipment on job sites.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and stored properly.
• Bend and install conduit systems and assist with wire pulling as directed.
• Perform work from ladders, scaffolds, and elevated platforms as required.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain reliable transportation to and from various job sites.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a construction-related field preferred, prior experience in electrical work is a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
