CDR General Services LLC is seeking experienced, dependable, and safety-conscious Electricians for full-time positions in Houma, LA. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in industrial or marine environments. Candidates must possess strong technical skills, electrical troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Install and maintain conduits, control panels, circuit breakers, and electrical components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine electrical inspections.
- Use electrical testing equipment, including multimeters and other diagnostic tools.
- Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and modifications on industrial or marine equipment.
- Follow OSHA safety standards, applicable electrical codes, and company procedures.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience as an industrial, marine, or commercial electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Experience installing conduit, electrical panels, and control systems.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and electrical hand tools.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical safety procedures and applicable electrical codes.
- Previous experience in shipyards, marine facilities, or industrial environments preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work safely in industrial environments.
