Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week travel assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Eureka, Kansas. This opportunity offers 12-hour day shifts and hands-on nursing responsibilities in a smaller facility.

Shift: Days, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: Rotating schedule; Sunday–Wednesday or Monday–Wednesday pattern
Hours: 36/48-hour schedule
Start Date: October 26, 2026
End Date: December 19, 2026
Charting System: PointClickCare (PCC)
Facility Census: Approximately 45 residents
Active LPN license eligible for practice in Kansas
Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
PointClickCare experience preferred
IV certification preferred not required
