Babysitter Needed for my Children

I'm seeking a patient, dependable part-time nanny or babysitter in Silver Spring for my 11-year-old son, who has autism and ADHD and uses a communication device. He loves music, soccer, horseback riding, and Disney movies! He needs hands-on help with daily activities, personal care, communication, simple meals, and his routine. Close supervision, gentle guidance, and engaging activities are essential. Experience supporting autistic children is preferred, along with CPR/first aid certification and references. Our home is pet-free, with assigned parking and a bus stop outside the community.
