Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Overtime 
Friday - Sunday overtime may be mandatory when production is running.

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Forklift Operators / Production Material Handlers for manufacturing and warehouse opportunities in Orrville.

This position combines forklift operation with hands-on production support. You'll move materials and finished products throughout the facility, keep production lines supplied, and help prepare completed goods for storage and shipment.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate forklifts to move and stack materials and finished goods
• Complete pre-operation equipment inspections
• Supply production lines with materials and move completed products
• Assist with packaging, sealing, stacking, and preparing finished goods
• Support automated production equipment and material flow
• Restack and organize materials throughout the facility
• Help with production cleanouts and inventory counts
• Perform general warehouse and housekeeping duties
• Follow equipment safety procedures and work with the production team

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred
• Comfortable working both on a forklift and performing hands-on production tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout a 10-hour shift
• Ability to climb ladders as needed
• Comfortable working in dusty environments and changing temperatures
• Strong safety awareness and dependable attendance
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends, when required
