Weekly Schedule: NA 
Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• License as Registered Pharmacist in state of AZ

Mandatory Experience:

• Pharmacist 
• Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
• 2 years' of experience as a Registered Pharmacist
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
