Game Producer

A leading developer of high-performing digital games is hiring a talented Game Producer in Atlanta, GA. Join a creative and collaborative team building games that combine engaging mechanics, strong mathematical models, compelling player experiences, and polished execution.

You will carry several slot titles at once and be the one person who knows where every one of them stands. The team around you is game designers, mathematicians, artists, engineers, and QA, and your job is to get their work to a certified, released game on the date committed.

Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of each slot game from concept through math sign-off, art, engineering, QA and certification to live release, on the date committed.
• Build and hold the game plan: milestones, dependencies and resourcing across game designers, mathematicians, artists, engineers and QA on several titles at once.
• Run the sprint cadence for the game team: planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming and retrospectives in Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Play the builds throughout development and hold the team to the game design, the math model and the studio's quality bar before anything goes to QA or a regulator.
• Prepare and manage certification and market submissions, including the build hand-offs, documentation and fixes each jurisdiction or operator requires.
• Find risk early in math, art, feature scope or third-party dependencies and clear it before it moves a release date.
• Be the single point of status for studio leadership, publishing partners and operators on every title in flight.
• Run post-launch reviews on each game and feed what was learned into the next schedule.

Qualifications:

• 3 years producing or project-managing casino slot games, online or land-based, with at least one title shipped end to end.
• Working understanding of how a slot game is built: math model, game design, art and animation pipeline, client and server engineering, QA and certification.
• Hands-on with Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.
• Experience taking games through a certification lab or regulator and into an operator or platform release.
• Clear written and verbal communication with mathematicians, artists, engineers and executives alike.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP, CSM or similar is a plus.

Location:

• The role is based in Atlanta, GA.
• It is in-office, 5 days per week.
