Job Overview

The Material Handler I will play a crucial role in managing the movement of materials, identifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely processing and delivery. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, and ship items to prevent damage during transit.
• Report and communicate shipment statuses with management.
• Conduct safety inspections and internal audits of parts, systems, and processes.
• Identify and locate parts within the warehouse and branch facility.
• Count inventory and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Develop bills of lading and delivery forms.
• Sort inbound and outbound material to the proper fixture.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Requirements

• One (1) or more years of general related work experience or High School Diploma/GED.

Preferences

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Knowledge and ability to use Materials Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Experience working in a high-volume warehouse with automated systems.
• Forklift Certification.
