Certifications/Licences:

• PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience
• BLS/BCLS
• Active Colorado Pharmacist license
• CPR certification
• Immunization certification

Mandatory Experience:

• Pharmacist
• 3+ years experience
• Retail pharmacy practice, operations, reimbursement and inventory control experience preferred 
• Familiarity with rural health care, or a real interest in rural practice
