Intervention Specialist – Cincinnati, OH | Up to $54/Hour

Navra Education is seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to support students in a school-based setting in Cincinnati, Ohio, for the 2026–2027 school year.

We are looking for a passionate educator who enjoys providing individualized instruction, collaborating with school teams, and helping students with diverse learning needs achieve academic and personal success.

Position Details

• Location: Cincinnati, OH

• Position: Intervention Specialist / Special Education Teacher

• School Year: 2026–2027

• Compensation: Up to $54 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

• Schedule: School hours, Monday–Friday

• Setting: In-person, school-based position

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Provide specialized instruction to students with varying academic, behavioral, and developmental needs.

• Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to accommodate individual learning styles.

• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of IEP goals.

• Implement positive behavior interventions and classroom management strategies.

• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and educational planning.

• Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student independence and achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist teaching license required.

• Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred.

• Knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and special education regulations.

• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
