Phaxis is looking for a dedicated RN Supervisor in Bronx, where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Location - Bronx, NY
Position - RN Supervisor Rehab Center
Schedule - Nights

- 36 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units.
• Ensure quality patient care and compliance with facility policies.
• Coordinate resident care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor documentation, medications, and clinical procedures.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of RN Supervisor experience
• BLS Required
• Active NY RN license (or compact)
