Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid/Remote)
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
We're seeking a Multicloud Engineer to support and resolve production incidents across AWS, GCP, and AliCloud. You'll own issues end-to-end—from ticket intake and troubleshooting to RCA—while partnering with Platform Engineering on complex escalations.
Required Skills5+ years in Cloud Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with AWS & GCP (AliCloud is a plus)
Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/ACK), IAM, VPC, Route 53, DNS & Load Balancers
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Ansible
Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
Python, Go, or Bash scripting
Incident management, RCA writing, and production troubleshooting
Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, PagerDuty
Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Alibaba)
Experience supporting enterprise multi-cloud platforms
