  1. 3-5 years of product management/product owner experience, ideally spanning web/mobile platforms; experience with personalization, segmentation, or conversational/chat-based products a strong plus
  2. Working knowledge of GenAI/LLM-powered product patterns (chat interfaces, conversational flows, retrieval-grounded responses) enough to scope requirements and partner effectively with engineering, even without a deep technical background
  3. Experience working cross-functionally with design and engineering teams user stories, UX flows, customer journeys
  4. Strong day-to-day execution: backlog grooming, writing tickets, setting up test cases
  5. Highly analytical; relentless focus on using data (A/B testing, E2E reviews, audits) to drive measurable outcomes
