UI/UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Project Location: New York City
Duration: 12 Months contract

Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a UI/UX designer to design and develop intuitive, user-centered experiences for AI-powered applications, agents, employee portals, and digital workplace solutions. The designer will partner with our GenAI tech lead and developers to create engaging, accessible, and scalable user experiences that drive adoption and business value.

Key responsibilities:

• -Design user experiences, workflows, and interfaces for AI-powered solutions
• -Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications
• -Develop responsive front-end applications and reusable UI components
• -Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive experiences
• -Conduct usability testing and incorpoate feedback into designs
• -Ensure solutions meet accessibility, branding, and user experience standards
