Location: Remote: Denver, CO 80216
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Pay Range: $50-$60/hr W2

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
3+ years of RPA experience with Tungsten RPA
Strong production support and bot monitoring experience.
Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management.
Knowledge of RPA infrastructure, Windows environments, and SQL.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor RPA bots, job executions, and automation reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and production incidents.
Restart failed jobs and perform bot maintenance activities.
Modify automations to accommodate application or business process changes.
Monitor the RPA Management Console and automation infrastructure.
Generate ad-hoc reports and perform mass-update automation activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve automation-related issues.
Support continuous improvement and optimization of existing bots.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, business process owners and various stake holders
Excellent oral and written communication"
