Job Summary:

Position Title: Family and General Practitioners
Location: Brooklyn NY 11203
Duration: 2 years
Work Schedule:

• Position 1: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Position 2: Evening and weekend coverage:
  • 4:30 PM–12:30 AM
  • 12:30 PM–8:30 PM
  • 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (Weekends)

Pay rate: 125$/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform comprehensive patient examinations.
• Obtain and document patient medical histories.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• SER and SEL clearance
• Fingerprint screening

• DEA certification verification
• KPC credentialing and privileging
• Measles (Rubeola) titer
• Mumps titer
• Rubella titer
• Hepatitis B titer
• TB skin test documentation
• Influenza vaccination (required during flu season: October–May)
• Valid license to practice medicine in the State of New York.
• Valid DEA (Federal Narcotics) registration number.
• Active Medicare and Medicaid enrollment in New York State.
