Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Dispatch Coordinator)

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract to Hire, high possibility of extension or conversion
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule:  Monday-Saturday 05:00 AM -7:00 PM (Any 8 hrs shift in between , with 1 weekend off and 1 weekday off)Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support delivery and logistics operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, business partners, and driver teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and a smooth delivery experience.Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
• Monitor delivery routes and track progress in real time
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve service issues and complaints
• Process delivery changes, cancellations, and updates
• Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation
• Maintain accurate records and support daily operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Project a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, calm approach to problem resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service or call-centre experience
