SSIS Lead

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Onsite Lead to manage client interactions, coordinate offshore teams, and support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack.

Key Responsibilities

" Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

" Proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.

" Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies and data integration best practices.

" Experience with SQL Server Agent job scheduling and automation.

" Experience with data warehousing concepts such as star schema and dimensional modeling.

" Work with Solution Architects to understand customers' business requirements and implement.

" Act As a Subject Matter Expert wherever required. Mentor the Junior Analysts to improve their Performance Through Feedback and Coaching. Build Product Expertise on a Large Quantity of Diverse Products Through Thorough Research and Analysis of Data From Multiple Channels. Provide Value Add to Business Process / Application Improvement Through Research and Analysis.

Preferred Skills

" Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

" Exposure to enterprise reporting and BI environments.

" Knowledge of SAP

" Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and terminology

Soft Skills

" Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

" Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.

" Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams.

" Experience 10 years of experience in SQL Server BI technologies, data integration, and support with prior client-facing leadership experience preferred.
