Job Description
A Kforce financial services client is currently looking for a Data Engineer for a 6-month contract with possible extension that is fully remote .
The Data Engineer will support a major CRM data migration initiative, preparing and transforming legacy CRM data for migration into new platforms. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building and running data pipelines in Snowflake, profiling and transforming data, resolving duplicate records, and preparing clean datasets for downstream integration teams.
Key responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain data transformation and MDM pipelines in Snowflake
• Profile, cleanse, deduplicate, and transform legacy CRM data for migration
• Perform record matching and survivorship logic to determine authoritative data values
• Stage and move data between Snowflake environments for integration teams
• Develop and test data-quality and record-matching rules
• Use SQL and Python to manipulate and prepare large datasets
• Support data-steward review processes and remediation of data-quality issues
• Collaborate with technical implementation teams to prepare data for CRM migration

Job Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL
• Experience using Python for data engineering and transformation
• Demonstrated experience with data migration, data profiling, cleansing, and transformation
• Hands-on experience with record matching, deduplication, survivorship, or Master Data Management (MDM)
• Experience building or supporting ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts and processes
• CRM data migration or integration experience strongly preferred
• Salesforce or HubSpot experience is a plus
• Experience with Atlan or similar data governance/cataloging platforms is a plus
