Job Description/ Responsibilities :
- End-user data backup
- End-user system upgrade to Windows 11
- Basic troubleshooting experience on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and deployment tools like SCCM/Intune
- Knowledge of end-user data backup tools
- Prior experience working in the Life Science industry and R&D labs
- Good communication skills – client-facing role
