Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Microservices Lead to support the development, monitoring, and automation of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java microservices architecture, ReactJS, and Python, along with hands-on knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana and New Relic, and log management using Kibana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Java-based microservices and enterprise applications.
• Work with ReactJS to support front-end application development and integration.
• Use Python to develop scripts and automate operational and application support tasks.
• Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts using Grafana and New Relic.
• Manage application logs and troubleshoot issues using Kibana.
• Automate monitoring, log analysis, and routine operational processes using the relevant tools and technologies.
• Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and support system reliability improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve application performance and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Java and microservices development.
• Knowledge of ReactJS and Python.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and New Relic.
• Experience with Kibana for log management and troubleshooting.
• Ability to automate monitoring and operational tasks using relevant tools and scripting.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
