Must Have
Recruiting experience – specialty recruiting experience
Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
Experience with full-cycle recruiting including independently closing candidates
Proven ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable Solutions

Nice to Have
Healthcare recruitment experience
Any ability to report out on large data sets
Exceptional administrative skills - have high detail-orientation

Workflow
Full life cycle – manage candidates from end-to end, high volume, working with HM, candidates, 40 days cycle, could help w/ sourcing, operation roles
