Role: Sr. Java Developer with Capital Markets/CCAR
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – Onsite 3 Days/Week)

Key Requirements:

• Strong Java development skills with experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed architectures.
• Understanding of Capital Markets products, Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Stress Testing, or CCAR processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.), including data modeling, optimization, and data quality controls.
• Knowledge of event-driven and messaging technologies such as Kafka, MQ, or similar platforms used in high-volume processing environments.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, source control, Agile delivery, and cloud/container platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams.
