Introduction

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract. This hybrid role requires a professional who can work both onsite and remotely, managing multiple projects and ensuring successful execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced Excel expertise: Ability to build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Clear, professional communication skills for cross team collaboration and leadership updates.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous projects and maintain accurate documentation.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to identify issues and support corrective actions.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating cross functional activities with Planning, Procurement, and Orders Management.
• Experience in maintaining organized documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Track project progress, identify delays or risks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate cross functional activities to align materials, orders, and timelines.
• Support resolution of roadblocks by gathering information, facilitating discussions, and driving follow through.
