Job Location: Pleasanton, CA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Pay Range: $50 to $60/Hr on C2C

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications using modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, GitHub Actions, and Azure Cosmos DB is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and implement scalable Microservices-based architectures.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments via Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Work with Azure Cosmos DB for data storage, retrieval, and performance Eligible to workimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Follow best practices for code quality, security, scalability, and performance.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization
• Experience creating and maintaining GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB
• Knowledge of Git version control
• Understanding of cloud security, scalability, and monitoring concepts
