Join a dynamic team in Plano, TX as a Software QA Engineer on a 12-month contract. Engage in quality assurance activities for mobile technologies, focusing on testing and validation. This role involves significant fieldwork, requiring strong analytical skills to assess and troubleshoot issues in mobile networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in fieldwork to ensure quality assurance of mobile technologies.
• Analyze customer requirements and convert them into system requirements.
• Assist in product and feature performance analysis for new releases.
• Set up test plans to meet project deadlines.
• Travel up to 25% for field testing activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a technical field preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in a related role required.
• Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies, including air interface and call processing.
• Familiarity with log post-processing tools and signaling messages is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and debug network-related features is a plus.
