Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery in our Atlanta office. You will own project scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder communication while driving Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close projects across the full lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, risk, and budget
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and remove blockers for the team
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and communicate status and decisions
- Track KPIs, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues early with clear mitigation plans
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Coordinate resources and vendors as needed to hit delivery milestones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading software or digital products or initiatives
- Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent) required
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) and project tracking
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $100,000 $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
