Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association..
• Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
• Pharmacy License for State of AZ

Mandatory Experience:

• Pharmacist 
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
