Hours for both positions will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. These positions will be on-site and doing remote customer support by phone and email. Candidates should have electrical troubleshooting experience. This is NOT an IT position!!

Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to support industrial laser systems and customers. This role will provide remote and field support, troubleshoot equipment, train customers, and work with engineering on technical issues and product improvements.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and support industrial laser systems.
Provide remote and on-site customer support.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Train customers and support personnel.
Work with engineering on upgrades, escalations, and reliability issues.
Document service activity and maintain customer/service records.
Support spare parts, inventory, and customer orders as needed.
Qualifications
Strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read electrical drawings.
Experience with industrial lasers, cutting, welding, or marking applications.
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and optical systems.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Technical degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
