Shipping Clerk

We are looking for a Shipping Clerk in the Painesville area
8 am - 4:30 pm
$16.00 - $18.00 hourly based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pack, label, and inspect outgoing shipments.
• Verify incoming and outgoing orders against shipping documents.
• Receive freight, report shortages or damages, and complete required paperwork.
• Schedule LTL and small parcel pickups.
• Prepare shipping documentation for Canadian shipments (DDP).
• Maintain shipping supplies and assist with inventory organization.
• Move materials using a forklift or hand truck.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure shipments are accurate and damage-free.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
• QuickBooks inventory software experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
